M° SALVATORE TARANTINO

Been Born to Poggiardo (Lecce), August 19 th 1962, child of art begins the Musical studies under the Fatherly Mastery for then to continue them near the Conservatory “T. SCHIPA” of Lecce up to the attainment with the maximum consent of the votes of the Diploma in Clarinet. In 1982 it belongs to the Concert Bandistico city of “S. George Jonico”(Ta) as 1° clarinet under the guide of the M° N. Centofanti and in 1983 in the Band of they Converse (Ba) as 1° clarinet and deputy Teacher. The following year develops the military service to Rome near the Gang of the army. Close to the studies of Concertista those in Composition and Instrumentation are enumerated for Band; winning of different Contests, it is enrolled to the S.I.A.E. dal 1989 as Composer of numerous marches and Symphonic Poems still performed by different Concerts of band. Currently it is Teacher of Musical Education. From 1991 it begins the career of M° Direttore and Conducting of Complex of Band, with “Region Puglia” up to 1994, from 1995 in the 2001 city of “St. Donaci”(Br) and from 2002 it directs the Gran Concerto Bandistico city of “Mottola” (Ta).
